Refunds & Return Policy

At Jess Nicole Handmade, every product is created with care. Please review our policy below regarding refunds and returns for both digital and physical products.


1. Digital Products (Patterns & Downloads)

  • Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of PDF patterns and other digital downloads are final.

  • Once a file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • If you experience any issues downloading your file, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.


2. Physical Products (Handmade Items, Kits, or Supplies)

  • We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you receive a physical item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Returns and refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital patterns and downloads

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or clearance items


4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
